Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Modification to the Service and Prices
Prices stated are in Australian dollars (AUD$). Prices include GST, unless otherwise stated. All delivery, packaging and order processing charges are extra, and not included in stated prices.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
House Of Natalia reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
House Of Natalia shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Special Offers and Vouchers
At any time, House Of Natalia may terminate any special offer without advance notice.
Each promotional voucher may only be redeemed once per household. Vouchers may only be redeemed on products selected by House Of Natalia. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other vouchers. There is a strict limit of one voucher per order.
If House Of Natalia issues a buyer a gift voucher to redeem against the future purchase of an item, the terms and conditions on that gift voucher apply and bind the holder of the gift voucher.
Gift vouchers are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue via email.
Payment
A buyer must pay for an order via Shopify Payments when ordering. If Shopify Payments does not authorise the transaction, or later revokes authorisation for the transaction, House Of Natalia may cancel the order.
Products and Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
House Of Natalia reserves the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person or geographic region. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
House Of Natalia is excused from performing its supply obligations where and so long as prevented from doing so by reason of events beyond its reasonable control. House Of Natalia will endeavour to notify the buyer of the delay and its expected duration. If so prevented for longer than a reasonable time, House Of Natalia may elect to cancel the order without liability to the buyer.
House Of Natalia warrants that product supplied is of merchantable quality when delivered. House Of Natalia does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. House Of Natalia's liability is limited to, at its option, to the replacement or re-supply of the products or a refund of the cost of the products.
Product Availability and Order Delivery
All product is offered for sale on the basis that House Of Natalia's supplier of product has that product in stock at the current time of your order.
House Of Natalia uses the services of Australia Post to deliver orders. For Australian capital city metropolitan areas please allow within 7-10 working days for your order to be delivered. For delivery addresses in Australian regional centres and outside metropolitan capital cities, allow at least 14 working days. In outlying areas, delivery may take longer. House Of Natalia does not guarantee any specific delivery date.
Orders are usually delivered Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and to either a commercial or residential premises. If the premises are unattended, the order may be left according to delivery instructions.
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to the product passes to the buyer on delivery.
The product remains the property of House Of Natalia until paid for by the buyer.
Customer Promise
A buyer of product via the website who does not like a particular item supplied (within 14 days of your order being dispatched) may contact House Of Natalia to obtain a gift voucher/store credit of the price paid for that item. The buyer is responsible for returning the item to House Of Natalia, who will then issue a gift voucher to the buyer. If House Of Natalia reasonably believe that a buyer has breached these terms and conditions, or has abused the Customer Promise, House Of Natalia may suspend or cancel the Customer Promise in relation to that buyer, cancel a particular order made by the buyer, or close that buyer's account. A buyer may for any reason cancel their order at any time up to the time at which House Of Natalia dispatches the order from their warehouse. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Returns and Refunds
Where product is to be returned, House Of Natalia will provide a return mail address for the buyer to return the items to. All costs of the return is to be paid by the buyer. The buyer is liable to keep the items in safe and proper manner and take reasonable care of item. Items must also be returned in the original box and packed to avoid breakage in transit back to House Of Natalia.
Any price refunds will be effected within 30 days after House Of Natalia was notified of the reason, conditional upon any returned item being returned in original saleable condition.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
House Of Natalia reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
