SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

House Of Natalia utilises the services of Australia Post for the delivery of goods. Please note that Australia Post only delivers Monday to Friday (not on the weekend or on Public Holidays). Australia Post delivers Australia-wide. House Of Natalia is not responsible for the delivery of your order. We do not use courier services.

You will receive an email from House Of Natalia notifying you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery after confirmation of your order for delivery within Australia.

Australia Post charges us a different rate to send your order to you depending on where you live. So to keep it simple, we will charge a flat fee of $9.95 for the shipping, handling, and processing of all orders within Australia. This includes the cost of shipping your order to House Of Natalia from the supplier, the cost of the House Of Natalia gift box and trimmings, and the cost of the delivery package and postage charges.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft, damage, or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.

Upon placing your order, we require your correct name, surname, street address, postcode and state. If you supply us with incorrect delivery information and your order has been dispatched this is not our responsibility. We will make every effort to stop the incorrect delivery and redeliver your order to the correct address. Any costs incurred by House Of Natalia in order to do this will be charged to the customer. Any other re-delivery costs will also be incurred by the customer.

Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately.

In regards to international orders (outside of Australia), we have capped shipping costs at $25 as shipping costs vary according to zones. House Of Natalia uses the shipping services of Australia Post for international orders. Australia Post determines the zones and the associated costs.
